• Avoid all  laser treatment within 2 weeks 
• Stop topical retinoids 7 days prior 
• Avoid Strenuous activities
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure 14 days prior 
• Avoid Drinking alcohol
• Avoid facials, peels, exfoliants 3 days prior
• Increase water intake
• May use arnica 

Immediately after treatment, you should do the following:

• Avoid applying make-up for the next 24 hours
• Avoid strenuous activities
• Avoid saunas, jacuzzis, any excessive heat
• Avoid drinking alcohol
• Avoid facials post-treatment
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure
• Applying pressure on the treated area
